The number of Scots out of work has gone up again with 223 thousand people now unemployed. The number of young people on the dole's rising across most of the country as well.

Workers at Edinburgh and Glasgow airports are planning to go on strike in a row over pay. Staff at 6 BAA owned terminals across the UK have voted to stop working to try and get more money. Security staff and fire fighters are among the workers who'll be walking out.

A man from Carluke's been jailed for threatening to kill Cheryl Cole and girls at a primary school. Alan Linton sent the letter about Cheryl to the SECC in which he also threatened to attack Glasgow airport and Celtic FC - he's been jailed for 2 years.

Doctors say they're worried about the number of people getting ill because of legal highs. In the Lothians more than 20 people have gone to hospital in the last week after taking drugs that aren't banned. They say thats a lot more than they usually see.
